Shipping

Shipping, made simple.

We want your Trendz Bitez to arrive fresh, delicious, and ready to enjoy. Here’s everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your order.

From our kitchen to your door.

Every Trendz Bitez order is carefully packed so your chocolate can make the journey safely from us to you.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Chocolate doesn't love the heat.

Chocolate is sensitive to temperature, so we take extra care when preparing orders during warmer months. Your order may be packed with protective materials and cold packs when needed to help keep your chocolate in good condition during transit. Because weather and carrier conditions are outside our control, we recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it arrives.
