When can I request a return?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you need to report an issue with your order. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging when a return is applicable.

Something arrived damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos of the product and shipping package. We’ll review the details and guide you through the resolution.

Products we can't accept back.

Because our products are food items, opened or used products generally cannot be returned. Personalized, final-sale, or otherwise non-returnable items may also be excluded.

How refunds work?

Once an approved return or issue has been reviewed, we’ll confirm the resolution. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by payment provider.

Received the wrong product?

Let us know your order number and what you received. Please include a photo when possible. We’ll review the order and provide the next steps for a replacement or other resolution.

Who covers return shipping?

Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. We’ll confirm the applicable instructions and any shipping arrangements when your request is reviewed.
